This salmon is delicious, quick, and simple! The salmon can be served over a salad (like I did) or with your favorite starch and/or veggies.  This delicious recipe can be made in under 30 minutes. Great for an everyday dinner entree and.or a quick meal after a workout.

Thai Salmon

Cook Time: 5-10 minutes

Total Time: 25-40 minutes

Yield: SERVES 2-4

  • 2-4 salmon fillets
  • 1-3 Tbsp. canola oil (or other vegetable oil) for frying
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and let marinate for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Heat a stove-top grill or use an electric grill (George Forman). Add salmon steaks to skillet. Sear until brown and crisp, about 5 minutes. Turn fillets over and sear the other side until salmon is just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
