Panko and Parmesan Crusted Swai

image1(2)I needed something quick to make after a long day at the office. In my efforts to avoid my costly and unhealthy weekly Chinese food deliveries… I took a deep breath, resisted the temptation and began searching the internet for Swai recipes; since I just had to buy a 4lb box of swai last week at Walmart. The good news is, the Swai fillets are individually wrapped, allowing me to quickly defrost only two fillets for dinner tonight. (only 3.5 lbs to go)

Anyways, out of all the Swai recipes I found online, this Panko and Parmesan Crusted Swai recipe seemed the most interesting and trust me, it did not disappoint. It was not only delicious but very easy to make. Try it, I’m sure you will love it!

Deviations: I did not use milk
