There’s no special recipe that I used for this Panko Crusted Tuna. For my first attempt at making Tuna, I kept it very simple by only using Tuna, Panko, salt & pepper and a egg. I pan friend each piece of tuna for about one minute or so on each side. Next time, I promise to be more adventurous and try some of the elaborate recipes I found on the internet. For now, this easy and fast panko crusted tuna was delicious.
