KETO Snacks: Trader Joe’s Just a Handful of Olives Pitted Salted Manzanilla Olives

It’s a New Year and a lot of us have started a new diet (including me lol). If you’re going low carb and/or a Keto Diet then these Trader Joe’s Just a Handful of Olives Pitted Salted Manzanilla Olives are a perfect snack to try. With only 25 calories per serving and <1 Carb, you can surely fit these snacks into any diet. (Please note: there are two servings per pack.

Priced at just $0.99 a pack, I buy at least 5-10 packs at a time during my weekly run to Trader Joe’s. I usually carry a pack or two with me to work to snack on at my desk. They are also good on top of a salad.

Overall, I think these are perfect!!
