In a late night run to Koreatown, my dining crew and I were all craving some delicious Ramen. While strolling down 32nd street, we stumbled upon Yupdduk. We took a quick look at the Ramen options on the menu and decided that at midnight, Yupdduk would have to do.
We were pleasantly surprised with our Ramen options. (especially given that this restaurant doesn’t have the best reviews). A few people in my party added chicken to their Ramen, while I ordered Ramen with Dumplings. A few of us were also daring enough to try the spicy broth for our Ramen. While the broth for all of our Ramen was extremely tasty and well-seasoned, we all agreed that the spicy broth was superior to the regular Ramen broth.
Overall, the restaurant was clean and offered tasty and cheap (under $10) Ramen. Yupdduk gets a gold star for having a clean bathroom at that time of night. While our quest for the perfect Ramen in Koreatown continues, Yupdduk is a decent cheap, late-night option.
