I found this cart one Saturday morning while walking around in SOHO for work. The smell of the waffles actually drew me in. However, still skeptical about food trucks in general, I decided to ask for a sample. One bite and I knew I was in heaven! I was in a rather adventurous mood after my sample, and no longer skeptical,  I tried the BBQ pulled pork waffle. This interesting combo was savory and amazing! Even if BBQ pork is not your thing, the waffle in general is amazing and would taste great with ice cream or topped with some fruit & Nutella.
