Why: Woodland offers a good vibe for young black professionals looking to hang out after work or on the weekends. Woodland’s Happy Hour runs from 5-7 pm, Monday thru Friday; All Bottled Beer $4, All Draft Beer $5, Well Drinks $6, Select Wines $6. On the weekends, Woodland gets packed as well. I have visited on a Sunday afternoon/evening and it was filled with young black professionals. The food is also very delicious! Their crawfish Mac and Cheese is pretty good. Their burgers are also delicious, if you want to try something different, I’d recommend the Salmon Burger with Sweet potato fries.
