Where to Order Wings in NYC on Super Bowl Sunday

Hey folks, my favorite Sunday of the year is here! It’s Super Bowl Sunday! Which means it’s time for wings, dips, chips, beer, football and fun. If you are opting to stay in front of your own big screen this year and don’t feel slaving in the kitchen, here are my top suggestions for where to order wings in NYC on Super Bowl Sunday. I have also given you a few other food suggestions. Hurry up and order because I’m sure these places will be overwhelmed on Game Day! (Go Seahawks!)

Birds and Bubbles (Lower East Side)

This was a recommendation from a friend who had nothing but good things to say about this new Lower East Side restaurant. Their game day special is a southern-style feast that includes deviled eggs, pimento cheese, and chicken tenders with spicy sorghum mustard, and banana pudding. I heard the deviled eggs are to die for.

Cost: Option #1 $105 for the Snack Pack feeds 6 to 8 and Option #2 Super Bowl Winner costs $200, feeds 8 to 12

Fletcher’s BBQ (Park Slope, Brooklyn)

This place is a personal favorite. Fletcher’s has some of the best authentic BBQ I’ve tasted in NYC to date. They have individualized packages feeding one to ten with combinations of wings, frito pie, brisket, chopped pork, rib tips with delicious side dishes.  Each package includes three meats and two sides. My personal favorites are the burnt ends, brisket, and the baked beans.

Cost: $28 per person plus tax; delivery is $25.

I love Dinosaur BBQ. There food is always delicious and for game day, they are offering two special packages. (The Pigskin and the Gridiron Package) You can also feel free to explore their menu for other options as well. I will note that their catering server is always prompt. Both Super Bowl packages include chicken wings and barbecue ribs. I also love their fried green tomatoes in you want to throw in a side. There’s no deadline to order but I suggest you put your order in early.
