Maya Restaurant is a modern Mexican Kitchen & Tequileria located on the Upper East Side in NYC. At Maya, Chef Richard Sandoval blends traditional Mexican flavors into creative modern dishes, which makes for a delicious and exciting brunch experience. Besides the fact that the food is tasty, Maya is a great option for Brunch if you’re not only looking for an unlimited boozy brunch option but also unlimited food!
For only $45, you will receive unlimited drinks and Mexican tapas for two hours. The food choices are endless and there is literally something for everyone. During my recent visit to Maya, the server was kind enough to suggest just bringing one of everything on the menu for our party to try. And if we wanted an extra order of a particular dish, we could just request more. This was probably the most time efficient option, given that our party was 10+ and boozy brunch is limited to two hours.
Our meal was highlighted by the braised leg of Lamb Tacos, which was topped with pickled onions and a chile de arbol sauce. The Mexico City Style Corn on the Cob, the Mexican French Toast and Poblano Chile Breakfast Potatoes were also big hits at our table.

Overall, our brunch at Maya was fantastic. Notably, the margaritas were perfect (strong) and were a nice change from the traditional Mimosas and Bellinis for brunch. Our only disappointment was that guacamole was not included.
Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a great boozy brunch option for a larger crowd (with unlimited food), Maya Restaurant on the Upper East Side should definitely be on your short list.
