As a busy professional, I enjoy making any recipe that’s quick, fast and easy! These turkey spinach meatballs are simply delicious. I understand that most people stay away from ground turkey because it can be hard to season. However, these meatballs were flavorful and juicy. The only deviation I made from this recipe was that I used fresh spinach instead of frozen.
