Signature Berry Bliss Pancakes
The Rundown: Wildberry Pancakes & Cafe is a popular brunch spot, located just blocks from Millennium Park and the Bean in the Chicago Loop neighborhood. Voted some of the best pancakes in Chicago, Wildberry is a great option for large portions and reasonably priced brunch food. During my most recent visit to Wildberry, I enjoyed the Butcher’s Block Skillet (a mix of ham, sausage, turkey sausage, chicken sausage and bacon) and their Signature “Berry Bliss” Pancakes (Vanilla Anglaise, Blackberry Coulis, Berry Mascarpone & Fresh Berries). The savory Skillet complimented the sweet Berry Bliss Pancakes. Overall, Wildberry is a must try restaurant on the Chicago Brunch scene.
