Happy Belated National Gumbo Day! Admittedly, when I think of Gumbo, two things come to mind. The first is Super Bowl Sunday because it’s a family tradition that we make Gumbo on that day and my second thought is usually New Orleans. After 5 or so visits, NOLA is probably my favorite U.S. City to travel to because I absolutely love the food.
