Pico’s Tequila Grill (Bay Shore, Long Island)
Hanging out on the Island this week in Suffolk County, New York, I discovered this cute little Tex-Mex restaurant called Pico’s Tequila Grill. They have decent daily specials and their house Margarita was very delicious (Only $6). The atmosphere is laid back, relaxing and creative. The portion sizes were decent and the prices were reasonable. The menu is filled with fun and creative taco combinations such as the Philly Taco (Grilled carne asada, peppers, onions and warm cheese sauce) and the Southern Fried Taco (buttermilk fried chicken, honey lime mayo, lettuce, tomato & Pickle chips).
My dining partner and I ordered the following:

House Margarita

Fish Taco (Crispy fried cod fish, shaved cabbage, pico de gallo & cilantro)
Grilled Tuna Taco (Ashian coleslaw, pico de gallo, wasabi aioli & cilantro)
Street Taco (Grilled carne asada, salsa verde, raw onion & queso fresco)

The Grilled Chicken Quesadilla (Monterey jack cheese, black beans & cilantro)

Side of Mexican Street Style Corn
Recommendation: I absolutely enjoyed the Grilled Tuna Taco, which in my opinion was the best that I had on this visit.
