Sons of Essex is a somewhat pricey LES restaurant, known for a good bar scene. This is an excellent place for brunch if your goal is to get “boozy” and you and your group are pretty low maintenance when it comes to the food. Although the food is definitely edible, (especially those delicious tater tots), brunch at Son’s of Essex is not about the food, it’s about a good time and good drinks.
