Snapshot: Brunch @ Pig and Khao (Lower East Side)

Spearheaded by chef Leah Cohen, this Southeast Asian option on the Lower East Side serves a twist on traditional Filipino cuisine, Vietnamese and Thai food. For brunch, the eatery offers bottomless mimosas which include a variety of flavors. The lychee mimosa was by far my favorite. Word of caution, If you don’t eat Pork then steer clear of Pig and Khao because many of the entrees are pork-centric. Overall, I really enjoyed my brunch at Pig and Khao and I would definetly return.
