Inspired by his love of the grill and travels through the United States, Chef Bobby Flay calls his restaurant Bobby’s Burger Palace, (“BBP “), a very American concept.
BBP has a location on the Vegas Strip (near New York New York Hotel and Casion). For a burger spot, the menu is extensive, offering over a dozen signature burgers, delicious hand-cut fries with outstanding sauces and toppings, large and bold salads, and delicious milkshakes. All the items on the menu are created from original Bobby Flay recipes.
Overall, everything I tried at BBP was delicious, fresh and well-seasoned. This fast-casual burger spot is a tasty and affordable option for tourist and families on the Vegas Strip. Oh and if nothing else, have your server or bartender tell you about Bobby’s secret burger (not on the menu), which is very tasty.
