This easy Salmon Tartare recipe is a great alternative to the traditional Tuna Tartare recipe. It’s an elegant yet simple appetizer to serve at any dinner party. You can serve plain with warm chips or use in a Salmon Sashimi Taco.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon Sashimi (Sushi Grade)
- 1 stalk Scallion (Optional)
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to Taste
- Wasabi sauce (Optional)

Instructions
- With a sharp knife, cut Salmon into small cubed pieces. Chop scallion into fine pieces. Next, in a large mixing bowl, mix together the Salmon, Scallions, Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Serve with warm chips and a side of Wasabi Sauce (optional).
