Serve these tasty and easy salmon sashimi tacos as an appetizer or as the main course at your next dinner party. This recipe takes less than 20 minutes to assemble and is very delicious!
Ingredients
Salmon Sashimi Taco
- 4 Hard Shell Tacos
- 1 lb Salmon Sashimi (sushi grade)
- 1-2 Stalks Scallions
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- garlic powder, salt, pepper to tast
Sriracha Mayo
- 2 cups Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
- With a sharp knife, cut Salmon into small cubed pieces. Chop scallion into fine pieces. Next, in a large mixing bowl, mix together the Salmon, Scallions, Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Warm taco shell for about 5 minutes on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven. (This step is optional) In a warm shell, place a layer of shredded lettuce and coat with Sriracha May. Fill Taco shell with Salmon Tartare. Serve immediately. Serve with extra Sriracha Mayo and/or Wasabi Sauce on the side.
Sriracha Mayo
- Mix together the mayo, Sriracha, brown sugar and garlic power in a bowl. Chill if not using immediately. As an alternative, you can already made mayo.
