Ingredients
Salmon Sashimi Taco
Sriracha Mayo
Servings: Tacos
Instructions
  1. With a sharp knife, cut Salmon into small cubed pieces. Chop scallion into fine pieces. Next, in a large mixing bowl, mix together the Salmon, Scallions, Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Warm taco shell for about 5 minutes on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven. (This step is optional) In a warm shell, place a layer of shredded lettuce and coat with Sriracha May. Fill Taco shell with Salmon Tartare. Serve immediately. Serve with extra Sriracha Mayo and/or Wasabi Sauce on the side.
Sriracha Mayo
  1. Mix together the mayo, Sriracha, brown sugar and garlic power in a bowl. Chill if not using immediately. As an alternative, you can already made mayo.
