Steamed Mussels, Scallops and Shrimp Pasta

Seafood pasta is always my go-to Romantic dinner for my man. Mainly because pasta and seafood are very hard to mess up. This simple, yet delicious Steamed Mussels, Scallops and Shrimp Pasta with a White Wine Sauce recipe will surely get the job done in under 30 minutes.

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions and reserve. (Optional: you can toss with regular Olive Oil (about 1 tbsp) and then reserve.) Rinse and Scrub as Mussels, Place in a bowl in the sink and run them under cold water. Rinse and get rid of any debris or seaweed on their outer shells. Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse scallops and reserve. (you can lightly season with garlic powder and a little salt if you wish) Heat Lemon Infused Olive Oil and saute the shallots, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes until they become tender. Add the wine, chicken broth, chicken bouillon and cherry tomatoes and increase heat to a light boil. Add mussels, scallops and shrimp and cover. Cook gently until mussels open and shrimps are tender. Discard any mussels that do not open. Serve in large pasta bowl and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
