If you don’t know by now, I absolutely love New Orleans/spicy food. In other words, any recipe that includes some Andouille Sausage makes me very happy. (Although finding Andouille Sausage in Long Island, NY seems to be a little challenging).
Nevertheless, this Andouille Sausage, Jerk Shrimp with White Cheddar Grits was fantastic! I followed most of the directions, with a few changes. and it came out absolutely delicious. That Annie from Maeballs surely knows her stuff!
