This summer, I’ve tasted some delicious Tuna Tartare. Notably, the Tuna Tartar at Lure Fishbar and Nerai both stand out as my favorites. Of course, in true Foodie Fashion, I’ve been scouring the internet nonstop for fresh Tuna recipes to try when I host my next “get together”.
My only advice is that when cooking with raw fish, you must ensure that you get “sushi grade” fish, which is just a nontechnical way of saying that you must get fish that is meant to be consumed raw. I usually go to my local Asian/Korean market because they have a section specifically for this purpose.
Without further ado, here’s a roundup of my favorite Tuna Tartare/Tuna Combinations!
