Recipe: Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos Stuffed with Cream Cheese

Happy Football Sunday Everybody! Since Football Season is officially underway, for me, this means that I’m trying out all sorts of recipes and gathering ideas in preparation for my Super Bowl Sunday menu! For my first appetizer of the 2015 football season, I decided to try some Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos Stuffed with Cream Cheese.  The steps are simple; slice some Jalapenos, scoop out the seeds, stuff with cream cheese and wrap in bacon, baked for about 10 minutes on 450 degrees F and there you have it! You can also try slicing them in different ways; you can slice in half or keep the Jalapeno whole and slice enough to stuff. If you need an official recipe, go here.
