Parlay Gastropub is a cute and rustic Rockville Centre restaurant and bar, which serves craft beer, libations, and food. The Brunch menu is very extensive and includes a good variety of pancakes, french toast, eggs, and burgers. Brunch also includes one complimentary mimosa or you can go “bottomless” for $15 extra. The service is fantastic and the drinks are tasty. This is a must-try brunch spot in the Rockville Centre area.
