Located along the popular Saint Lawrence Gap Strip, which is one of the top areas to visit in Barbados, Mimosas Restaurant is an oceanfront Italian and tapas eatery featuring some of the best pizza on the island along with various flavors and versions of their signature drink (Mimosas).
I’ll be honest, the food could have been mediocre and I wouldn’t have cared, because the view was so damn breathtaking and beautiful. However, lucky for me, the food was very delicious and tasty.
Here’s what my dining partner and I tried:
Greek Salad
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch at Mimosas. The highlight of my meal was definitely the pasta. Since my dining partner and I ordered other things, we opted for the pasta sans chicken. However, adding a protein to the pasta would have made it even better. The Passionfruit Mimosas was tasty as well.
If you find yourself in the area, you must give Mimosas a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
