Every year at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, Veuve Clicquot (pronounced “VUV CLEEEEKO” …SAY VUV LIKE LOVE) hosts its annual Polo Classic. This year’s NYC event (the 12th) proved to be one of the best, filled with celebrities, influencers, socialites, and some undeniable black girl magic!
The event featured a never-ending supply of champagne, a polo match featuring renowned athlete Nacho Figueras and some tasty bites from some of the New York City’s tastiest food trucks.
This was actually my first year attending (and as an NYC blogger, I’m actually ashamed to admit that). Still, it’s never too late to start new traditions. With the help of my bestie and my man, I had a fantastic time, drinking delicious champagne, pretending to watch a polo game, and networking with other (well-dressed) New York City professional.
