Date Night in NYC: Try Chocolate Room (Cobble Hill)

What’s not to love about The Chocolate Room in Brooklyn? My friend took me here on an afternoon date this summer and let me tell you, I’m in love! Warning: this place is for the hard core chocolate/sweet lovers and for those who refuse to waste countless calories of sub par sweets. This place was the real treat and worth every calorie.

From the moment you walk in, the smell of chocolate will mesmerize you and one bite of their delicious ice cream and you will find yourself in heaven. The ambiance is somewhere between an old school ice cream parlor and a Cobble Hill quirky restaurant.  The best part about the menu is that everything offered is made in-house!

Unfortunately, I actually don’t remember what I ordered. I think it was a chocolate sundae, topped with fresh strawberries but I promise it was delicious! I highly recommend this place as a date spot!
