Cabo is a neighborhood Mexican hot spot in Rockville Centre, Long Island. While it’s not the best Mexican in Long Island; the atmosphere, decent drinks, and daily specials make Cabo a must-try if you’re in the area. The service can sometimes be hit or miss, depending on how busy they are but the food is pretty consistent. Notably, their fajitas are always on point!
