Brunching at The Smith (Midtown East)

Brunching at the Smith is always an enjoyable experience.  I’ve had the opportunity to visit all of their locations in NYC. My favorite location seems to be the East Village location, but that’s probably because that’s the closest one to me and it was the first one I visited. Around 2009, I went to brunch club at the Smith with a group of about 10 sorority sisters. Since my first visit, the Smith has been my “go to” Brunch spot. The menu offers some tasty classic American brunch staples.

The Ambiance is casual, hip, and modern. The restaurant is always packed for brunch so I advise getting reservations. The food is delicious, and the homemade sodas are terrific as well.  As far as suggestions, I loved the corn beef hash; it’s a hearty and well-seasoned option. The steak and eggs are also a solid choice and the home fries that accompany the steak are delicious. My friends always seem to love the Vanilla Bean French Toast as well.

I hope you get a chance to stop by!

Perfect for: large groups, brunch
