Brooklyn We Go Hard: My First Nets Game!

Thanks to keeping good company, I had the opportunity to experience watching my first Brooklyn Nets game court side and in a suite. I started my evening by going through the VIP entrance and having a drink at the 40/40 club inside of the Barclays. Next, I entered the suite, where I overwhelmed by all of the food and beverage choices. My personal favorite had to be the Rock Shrimp cocktail (pictured below). I literally had about 10 of these.

I spent the second quarter of the game court side behind Spike Lee! I know what you are thinking; he is at the wrong stadium, right? Well Spike’s allegiance is clear. Just check out that Knicks hat he is wearing in the NETS color!(pictured below). Furthermore, for the record, that is Michael Strahan!

By the way, Jay-Z’s brand is all over the Barclays. Literally, every intermission break were blessed with sounds of Jay-Z.

Overall, this was an amazing experience filled with great food & company. This was indeed a top NYC moment for me. The icing of the cake had to be that Brooklyn won the game in the final minute!
