This week, I was invited to check out Bonnie’s Grill in Park Slope, Brooklyn, which for over the past 15 years has become known as one of the best burgers and wings restaurant in the area. This “no frill” Park Slope establishment, attracts diners who simply come to enjoy good food. With meat being the focus at Bonnie’s Grill, many of the burgers and other menu items are prepared on the Grill, which is located right behind the bar.
I was indeed excited to try some burgers and wings at Bonnie’s. Here’s a snapshot of what I had:
Mac & Cheese – made with a combination of three cheese, jalapeño peppers and bacon. (This was a meal highlight)
Hot Wings
Spiced Black Angus Burger – with Cheddar Cheese, served with Chili Cheese Fries (This was a meal highlight)
Catfish Sandwich – served with Cheese Fries
Overall, my dining partner and I enjoyed our after work wings & burgers. If you are ever in the area, give Bonnie’s a try.
