To celebrate my birthday this year, I decided to be “transported away” and experience modern (and delicious) Cantonese inspired food coupled with fancy and delicious Dim Sum. This high-end outpost of the London based chain, Hakkasan, is nothing short of impressive and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood to be “fancy” and spend some money.
