Chat Noir is a French Tea restaurant in Rockville Centre, NY. I have visited other restaurants in the area and Chat Noir was on my bucket list of places to try. Therefore, one Saturday afternoon, after the Brunch rush cleared, I walked into Chat Noir to enjoy some “Tea Service”, which includes a pot of tea of your choice (many varieties), finger sandwiches, pastries and scones for $22.75 per person. I also added a delicious bowl of French Onion soup to my party.
The Service was spectacular and the food was very delicious. Specifically, the scones were perfect! The atmosphere and decor at Chat Noir makes it a perfect destination for a small bridal party, baby shower or even a tea-themed birthday party.
Overall, the delicious food and the quaint atmosphere, makes Chat Noir a diamond in RVC. I will be back!

Recommendations: Order the Tea Service, which is a pot of tea and three layers of finger sandwiches, pastries and scones. A side of French Onion Soup is a great add-on. The Lamb Meatballs, The Salmon and the Fish & Chips also looked delicious!
