5 Traditional Jamaican Recipes to Try This Week

Jamaican food is by far one of my favorite cuisines.  The cooking methods and techniques are a mixture of Spanish, African, Indian and Chinese cultures.  The flavors of Jamaican recipes are amazing and should be a part of every foodie’s recipe book. Ackee and Satfish

For Breakfast, try some Ackee and Saltfish. This dish is made from the local Jamaican fruit, ackee, along with Saltfish (dried and salted cod). This is the national dish of Jamaica and a must try for every foodie.
