Where: Multiple Locations (East Village, Midtown, Lincoln Square)

Why: I love hanging out at the Smith. Whether for a  Dirty Martini, their delicious Salmon Tartare or some Mac & Cheese, everything is simply delicious.  I especially love the Cavatelli, which is made with short rib ragu, mascarpone, and garnished with fresh herbs. The pasta is firm/tender, and proportionate with the ragu, which contained large pieces of tender, meaty, juicy, flavorful short rib, and creamy, slightly sweet mascarpone. Trust me you won’t be disappointed with this dish.
