Estrella from Upland
Where: 345 Park Ave S, New York, NY 10010 (Flatiron)
Why: Named one of Jetsetter’s Hottest Tables in NYC and one of the New York Times’ top restaurants of 2015, Upland happens to be one of my favorite NYC restaurants and is still one of the hardest reservations to snag in NYC. (During my last visit it took me three weeks). Everything on the menu is simply delicious but the Estrella is to die for! The combination of chicken liver, sherry, rosemary and sage is harmonious and makes for a delicious meal.
