Preheat oven at 400 F.
Season the Panko breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste
Slice avocados length-wise
Dip each Avocado wedge in the beaten egg and then Panko breadcrumbs.
Place the avocado slices on a greased baking sheet and bake until Panko crumbs are golden brown, which should take about 20 minutes.
Serve with a Salsa or Ranch Dressing
Variations: If you are not watching the fat, you can mix butter with beaten eggs.
